Join us on Saturday October 10th for a 5K Fun Run/Walk and help support AnderLoch Foundation's mission to get fitness and nutrition resources to our local community!

Co-hosted with ForAurora who's working in our community to provide food services to those in need.

All proceeds from registration will benefit the AnderLoch Foundation scholarship fund. Bring in canned or boxed food items to help contribute to ForAurora's Marketplace!

Thank you for visiting AnderLoch Fitness & Nutrition! I am excited to help you maximize your fitness and nutrition to achieve your health goals! With me, it's personal!

I have long had a passion for helping others. To be able to impact someone's life in this way is the ultimate reward for me! I want to see you succeed, whether it is with weight loss, muscle gain, training to run faster or further, or just find a healthier balance.

I hold my Personal Trainer Certification and My Nutrition Coach Certification with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I also have my DEKA Coaching certification from Spartan. I am current on my CPR/AED certifications.

I also have a personal weight loss and fitness journey that I love to share with others - so let's talk and see how I can be of service to you!
